Built
in 1835 as a Malt House for the local Radford Brewery, The Old Malt
House Hotel is now privately owned by Jen & David Beresford. It is
situated in the small hamlet of Radford surrounded by beautiful
countryside just 6 miles from the historic city of Bath.
From
the moment you set foot in the Old Malt House you will be greeted
with a warm, friendly welcome and it will be our pleasure to ensure
your stay with us is enjoyable and relaxing.

warm welcome awaits you at the Old Malt House Hotel.
Hotel
Reception is open from 8.00am until 10.30pm. Guest check in
time is from 2.30pm until 10.30pm. Arrivals outside of these
hours are acceptable, but please, only by prior arrangement.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure.
Bills may be prepared on the evening prior to departure for
guests wishing to leave very early in the morning. Guests may
receive incoming calls to their room during their stay, but
please, only during reception opening hours. The Old Malt
House Hotel & Restaurant is non-smoking throughout.
A
variety of books and maps may be borrowed from reception
during your stay with us. We always have a wide range of
leaflets and brochures relating to regional attractions for
your convenience. |

accommodation comprises of 11 tastefully decorated bedrooms,
all of which have en-suite bath or shower rooms, colour
televisions, direct dial telephones, tea & coffee making
facilities and hairdryers.

Restaurant becomes a bright and sunny breakfast room.
Guests may enjoy a substantial English breakfast from
7.30am until 9.00am.

are very happy to cater for those with special dietary

hotel is ten minutes drive from the Park and Ride into
Bath, making Bath easily accessible.
In
addition the hotel has ample free parking, a fully
licensed restaurant and a cosy lounge bar with open
fireplace and comfortable sofas and armchairs.
You
are most welcome to use the lounge as a morning room
after breakfast. |

We have a comprehensive selection of worldwide wines,
all of which are competitively priced. Our restaurant is
popular both with hotel guests and local customers alike
and we do recommend that you reserve a table at the time
of booking your room. We are also happy to serve meals
and snacks in our lounge bar.

the colder months, we have a roaring log fire in our
cosy lounge bar.
During
the summer months, the lounge doors open onto the
terrace, which, with its stunning views through the Cam
Valley makes the perfect setting for you to enjoy a
drink before or after your meal.

have wooden benches sited throughout the gardens,
amongst the trees and shrubs. Find a shady nook in which
to relax and listen to the bird song and enjoy the

have plenty of parking spaces at the Old Malt House
Hotel. There is no charge for parking at the hotel.
